Our customer service would be temporarily unavailable during the new year holiday. The following is our support schedule:

Support will be unavailable at: 

・Dcember 28th 2019 ~ January 5rd 2020

Customer support restarts from:

・January 6th 2020 Business hour 10:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM

Can you use Ginco during the new year holiday?

While our customer support will not be available, Ginco will be able to use during the new year holiday season. 

We will begin processing the inquiries we have received during the new year holiday from January 4th.
