A Part of our customers has reported the issue in displaying the Bitcoin's balance after sending and receiving their Bitcoin.
The Bitcoin's sending and receiving function is now operating normally. However, there are several inquiries from our users reporting that the Bitcoin's sending transaction made between December 14th to 15th is not reflected in their Ginco's balance.
According to our research, the transaction itself is approved and confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain. Therefore, if you are having the same issue, please understand that the transaction is processed properly and your asset is safe. This is an issue found in Ginco's balance displaying function, and we are working on to fix it as soon as possible.
