There have been several news reporting errors and malfunctions found on the Electrum wallet.
While there have been no announcement regarding the errors on the Electrum SV, please be careful upon using Electrum SV.
If you already have your Electrum SV installed, please always make sure if these updates are coming from Electrum SV's official.
Once you have completed your splitting and willing to check your BSV's balance, please contact us for further support.

Here are the instructions of how to check balance/send your BitcoinSV.
- For your asset's safety, if you held BCH in Ginco before the hardfork, please complete your splitting before sending your BitcoinSV.
- We do not take responsibility for the loss of your assets caused by errors or mistakes.
- In case of trouble, please go to the Electrum wallet's support team and request help.

2. Import your wallet to ElectrumSV with Ginco's backup phrase
3. Send BitcoinSV from your ElectrumSV
By following the steps below, you could send your BitcoinSV after completing the splitting in Ginco.
How to import your wallet on ElectrumSV
Download ElectrumSV from the link below.
・If you are Windows users, choose ElectrumSV-1.1.2.exe.
・If you are Mac users, choose ElectrumSV-1.1.2.dmg.

※Download and open the file to start the ElectrumSV.
Choose "Auto Connect", and press "Next".
Here, you can choose your favorite name for your wallet.
Enter your favorite name and press "Next" to proceed.
Choose the "Standard wallet" and press "Next".
Choose "I already have a seed" and press "Next".
Press "Options" in the following screen.
Check "BIP39 seed" and press "OK".
Enter your backup phrase in the correct order. Make sure you put space between the words.

Press "Next" after entering the phrase.
In the next screen, make sure the derivation says "m/44'/145'/0'".
In the next screen, you could choose your own password. If you do not want to set any password, simply press "Next" to proceed.
Your wallet is created. The "Balance" section shows your BitcoinSV's balance.
How to send BitcoinSV
Press the "Send" tab.
Enter the information required for sending your BitcoinSV.
・Enter the destination address (BitcoinSV's address) in the "Pay to" section.
・Enter the amount you want to send in the "Amount" section. If you want to send all of your balance, press "Max" button.
・You don't need to fill in the "Description" and the "Attached File" section.
After filling in the information press "Send" button.
Confirmation screen will appear.
Press "Yes" if you agree with the sending.
Transaction ID will appear. Press "OK" to close the box.
When the circled icon changes to the green check, your transaction is completed.
