We are planning to end our support after May 13th.
About our policy
Through our considerations to the cryptocurrency including its development status, we have decided to end support to ETC in our wallet to ensure our users' assets safety at a higher level.
The ETC's card is scheduled to be removed after May 13th, 2019. Accordingly, our users would be unable to send/receive, check the balance of ETC in our wallet.
※ However, you could still manage your ETC by importing your private key to the MyEtherWallet.
Until May 12th, 2019
Please complete sending your ETC to exchanges or to other wallets before we end our support on May 12th, 2019.
After May 13th, 2019
The ETC's card is scheduled to be removed after May 13th, 2019. Accordingly, our users would be unable to send/receive, check the balance of ETC in our wallet. However, by importing your ETC's private key to OtherWallet, you could still send/receive your ETCs associated with your private key.
※ Please note that we could not provide further support on how to use OtherWallet. We recommend you to complete transferring your ETC by May 12th, 2019.
