What is passcode？
In Ginco, passcode, a set of six-digit numbers are required for user authentication.
This is required each time when you start Ginco, send the currency, show the backup key, etc.
Please keep the passcode safe like your seals, passbooks, and ATM cards.
What if I forgot my passcode?
Ginco team could provide you support if you have forgotten your passcode. Please inquire via the following email address.
