Thank you for using Ginco.  

According to the Zilliqa team, there is an incoming token swap event. We would like to inform our ERC20 ZIL token holders regarding this event.

Hereafter, we will write ZIL(ERC20) and ZIL(Mainnet) to distinguish these tokens.

Note: The token swap event is currently ongoing. However, the official ending date has not been announced yet. 

If you do not join the token swap event, your ZIL(ERC20) will be frozen and will become permanently inaccessible. We strongly recommend you to join the token swap as soon as possible.

If you are holding ZIL(ERC20) 

Since Zilliqa is launching its Mainnet and transferring their tokens into their own blockchain, the ZIL(ERC20) tokens would be unable to use after its complete transfer. Therefore, if you have ZIL(ERC20) in your Ginco, you need to join the token swap event to receive your ZIL(Mainnet) token. For more details, please reach out to the Zilliqa team.

※What is a token swap?

A token swap is an event where you need to transfer your tokens from the original blockchain to the new blockchain. Once the event is completed, the tokens in the old blockchain would be burned.

※ Please make sure to follow the steps announced by Zilliqa team.

※ Please note that Ginco does not support Zilliqa’s token swapping in our wallet.

When does the token swap starts? 

The ending exact date for the token swap has not been announced from the Zilliqa team yet. For more updates, please check the official announcements from the Zilliqa team.

Please note that the latest information for the token swap could be updated, and the support schedules could change among exchanges and wallets.

How can I swap my ZIL tokens?

Send your ZIL(ERC20) to exchanges supporting the token swap which has been recommended by the Zilliqa team, prior to the token swap event.

About ending support for ZIL(ERC20).

In order to prevent mistakes, in iOS v.2.3.5 ,Android v.0.9.9 which is released July 25th, we ending our support to the ZIL(ERC20).

Note (Please read through the entire section):

・Please check Zilliqa’s official blogs and twitters for the latest information of the token swap.

・If you do not join the token swap event, your ZIL(ERC20) will be frozen and will become permanently inaccessible.

・Ginco is not supporting the token swap.

・The exchanges or wallets supporting Zilliqa’s token swap could be changed or updated.  Before sending your ZIL(ERC20), please make sure to double-check that the exchange or wallet you are trying to send is supporting the token swap at the moment.

・Please make sure to double-check where you are going to send your ZIL token. Please make sure to distinguish the address between the mainnet's native ZIL address and the Ethereum ZIL address. 

・Please ask directly to exchanges on how to deposit ZIL.

・If you do not implement token swap, your ZIL(ERC20) would be frozen. Please note that we could not compensations for the frozen funds.

・Please note that this token swap event and the transfer to the mainnet is run by Zilliqa team.
